I’m not usually a very “floral” kinda gal, but I really liked this set from City Chic’s new lingerie range.

The briefs fabric is unbelievably soft, and doesn’t roll. The bra has a slight bustier feel to it. Pretty to look at, supportive and you can tell the high quality lycra will wash and wear well.

I’ve been sick as hell these past couple of weeks with a nasty chesty cough that just WON’T go away as well as sinus and congestion. I’ve had a bit of a fever as well so my temperature has been all over the place – hot, then cold, sweating then shivering. You know how it is!

Bad timing with MBFF next week and having received accreditation, I’m now worried that if i’m not better I won’t be able to go. I can’t imagine coughing up a lung front row would be appreciated.

So again this weekend, it’s resting, hydrating and just riding this bad boy out.

On another note, I’ve registered with September to walk for Cerebral Palsy as Team Captain, so if you’re keen to be on my team then shoot me a comment or through the CONTACT ME page.

My first cousin, who is less than 1 year younger than myself was born with Cerebral Palsy. As children, we would spend our holidays together and even though I knew she was different, she was my cousin and I loved her. She has accomplished so much in her life, is a talented artist and a loving mum and I’m so proud of her.

To be part of this campaign will not only help me with my health (10,000 steps a day baby) but allows me to show my support for this cause.

So stay tuned for more details on how you can sponsor me and my team to raise money for Cerebral Palsy.
